PREMIUM PEST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Begins with two initial interior and exterior treatments within 30 days.  Our exterior Perimeter Pest Management System and Termite Monitoring Stations will be installed. *  During these treatments, we will identify and seal ground level pest entry points.  In season, (May through October), we will treat ornamental shrubs within three feet of the home.  This initial service is then followed EVERY OTHER MONTH with an exterior perimeter inspection and treatment of your home.  No need for you to rearrange your busy schedule in order to meet us!  Treatment includes re-baiting of pest stations, careful checking of the termite monitoring stations for activity, and sealing of any additional pest entry points to prevent re-infestation, as well as retreatment of ornamental shrubs in season.  This program includes rodent treatment in the winter months and our 48-point IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Inspection of your home.  Inside service is always available on-call between regular treatments at no additional charge.

DUST MITES

ServisPros Home Health Treatment kills dust mites, viruses, bacteria, and mildew and leaves NO RESIDUES!  A must for those who suffer from indoor allergies.  Includes treatment of all accessible areas of carpeting, upholstered furniture, and baseboards.  You will receive an informational packet about reducing dust mite allergens and a trigger bottle of product for your use on mattresses, pillows, sofas, etc.

MOSQUITO REDUCTION PROGRAM

Mosquito reduction program begins with a complete property inspection and written recommendations for the homeowner.  Monthly treatment during mosquito season may include adulticide in mosquito resting areas, larvicide in standing water areas, and/or use of Mosquito Cognito repellant units.  Program requires an initial setup fee and a charge per monthly visit.

MOLE TREATMENT PROGRAM

Mole treatment program involves three visits to the home for an Initial Evaluation, a Site Treatment, and a Follow Up.  No dangerous and unsightly traps.  Control is usually achieved within two weeks!  The product used does not harm the lawn or plants and since it is applied underground, pets are not attracted.  The product naturally degrades in the soil and is completely gone in about 14 days.  Treatment comes with a six month warranty.
